Quick answers
The questions we hear most at the desk. For anything about a specific service, each service page has its own questions, and the first visit page covers a full session start to finish.
Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?
Book if you can. Sessions are capped so the room stays quiet, and walk-ins depend entirely on the day. Booking takes about a minute online.
What should I bring?
Swimwear and a towel. You can hire a towel at the desk if you forget, and a water bottle is worth bringing. Thongs or slides are optional but nice underfoot.
How long is a session?
Express is 30 minutes, and recovery sessions run 60 or 90 minutes. Most first timers book 60. Every session includes the magnesium pool, sauna and cold plunge.
What does it cost?
Sessions start at $25 for an early bird express, weekdays before 10am. The pricing page lists every price in full before you book.
Is there an age limit?
The recovery room is for ages 16 and up. Ages 12 to 15 can attend private bookings only, with adult supervision.
What are Serene Sessions?
Our dedicated quiet hours, every day from 8 to 9am and 6 to 7pm. Soft music, no phones and the room at its calmest. Any session booked in those windows is a Serene Session. Same prices, no separate booking.
Do I have to do the cold plunge?
No. The cold is available, not compulsory. Plenty of people use only the pools and the sauna. Nobody is timing you and there is no board on the wall.
I have never used a sauna or a plunge. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most people here started exactly there. The first visit page walks through how a session runs, step by step, so nothing surprises you.
Are there health conditions I should check first?
Yes. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, epilepsy, diabetes affecting circulation, or you are unwell, fasting or dehydrated, speak to your doctor before booking and tell our team when you arrive. The full list is on the first visit page.
How do memberships work?
Three tiers, billed weekly: Reset at $39, Rhythm at $75 and Ritual at $140. New memberships have a 12-week minimum term. Inclusions are listed plainly on the memberships page, and the full terms are on the membership terms page.
Can I buy someone a gift card?
Yes. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be any value. They work against any session at the bathhouse.
Can we come as a group?
Small groups can book the same session time and arrive together. For something bigger, the whole venue can be hired exclusively from $450. Details are on the groups and private hire page.
