Who we are
Iremia Recovery is a bathhouse at 131 Rainbow Street, Sandgate QLD 4017, operated by Paraha BJJ Pty Ltd, ABN 66 659 902 235. This policy covers personal information we collect through this website and at the bathhouse.
What we collect
The contact form. Your name, email, phone number if you choose to give it, your message, what it is about, and whether you have asked to hear about events and offers. Submissions are delivered to our inbox by our website host.
Bookings and payments. Bookings run through Zenoti, our booking system. It holds your account details, bookings and purchase history under its own terms. Card payments are processed by the booking system. We never see or store your full card details on this website.
Health information you choose to share. Before a session you may tell our team about a health condition that matters for heat and cold. We use that information for one purpose only: keeping your visit safe.
Advertising measurement
This site uses one tracker: the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta. It sets cookies and tells us, in aggregate, when our advertising on Facebook and Instagram leads people to this site and towards a booking. Meta also receives that interaction data and may use it to show you more relevant ads under its own privacy policy. We use it for measurement and advertising, nothing else.
You can limit this at any time: block or clear cookies in your browser, or adjust ad preferences in your Meta Accounts Centre. The site works exactly the same either way.
We run no other analytics and no other trackers. Once you leave for the booking system or a social platform, their own privacy policies apply.
How we use your information
To reply when you contact us. To run your bookings, sessions and membership. To keep sessions safe. To send you news about events and offers, but only when you have ticked the box asking for it. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run parts of the business for us: Zenoti for bookings and payments, Netlify for website hosting and form handling, our email provider, and Meta for the advertising measurement described above. We do not sell personal information, and we never will.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Access to our booking system and inbox is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@iremiarecovery.com or call 0480 792 496 and we will sort it out.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and give us the chance to fix it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
