The honest answer about a single bathhouse visit: it feels great and the effect fades. Recovery is like sleep or training: the value compounds with repetition and evaporates without it. Which raises the practical question everyone eventually asks: how often is actually enough?
What our regulars settle into
Most people who make this a habit land between one and three visits a week. Once a week is a genuine baseline. The same evening each week works best, because a decision made once beats a decision made weekly. Twice is where people start noticing the difference in how they carry the week. Three or more is usually athletes in training, or people using early morning sessions as the start of their day.
Attach it to something
Habits hold when they're anchored. After Tuesday training. Saturday morning before the shops open. Sunday evening as the week's full stop. The specific anchor matters less than having one. A session that lives at 'whenever I get around to it' quietly becomes never.
When a membership beats paying casually
The maths is simple and we'd rather you did it than guessed. A weekday 60-minute session is $42. Come twice a week and you're at $84, more than any membership below the unlimited tier. Once a week, casual is fine and you shouldn't pay for more. Twice or more, a membership costs less for the same visits. Start casual, watch what you actually do for a month, then decide off your own record. The memberships page has every number.
Come and try it
Sessions run seven days, 6am to 9pm, from $25. New here? Read what a first visit looks like, or book a session.
