A guest resting in the warm magnesium pool

The word 'recovery' makes it sound like you need something to recover from: a competition, a program, a coach. Look around our room on a weekday morning and you'll see the truth: nurses after night shift, tradies with twenty years of ladders in their knees, parents whose whole week is lifting, carrying and not sleeping. Roughly half the people here don't train at all. They're just tired in their bodies, and this helps.

Load is load

Your body doesn't distinguish between a gym session and eight hours on concrete. Standing all day, driving all day, carrying children, working nights. It all accumulates the same way: tight shoulders, heavy legs, shallow sleep. The heat-cold-rest cycle doesn't care where the load came from.

You cannot be too unfit for this

There is no fitness requirement for sitting in warm water. The magnesium pool is the gentlest thing in the building and plenty of people use only that. The sauna asks nothing except that you leave when you've had enough. The cold plunge is entirely optional. You set the intensity of every part of a session, which means the session is exactly as demanding as you decide.

The one-hour version of a holiday

What most non-athletes actually buy here isn't performance. It's an hour where nothing is asked of them. Phones in the lockers, nobody needing anything, warmth, cold if you want it, quiet. It's the useful part of a holiday without the flights. Early bird runs weekdays 6 to 10am from $25, which is deliberately the price of not thinking too hard about it.

Come and try it

Sessions run seven days, 6am to 9pm, from $25. New here? Read what a first visit looks like, or book a session.
